Yes, i am just 4 days short of completing my 4 years in organization. It has been a long time. Is it ? When i compare myself with the fellow senior of mine who resigned just yesterday after 15 years in an organization, i still feel myself as a novice. So one thing i could make out in this organizational journey of mine that everything is relative. There is nothing that is of standalone nature.
I was trying to list down my 4 professional achievments and failures but when i started comparing it there was none which i could list. The failures in comparison to people who achieved none become achievements and achievements in comparison to high achievers become none. I was in a state of fix. But then another learning came. In order to be happy/out of confusion one need to see himself as a standalone to achieve whats his real target/aim. Somebody said " Work hard to achieve your goals or be ready to be lost in materialistic maze".
The 4 things i would like to state what i feel is the correct way:- (Though this is strictly my opinion and perspective towards life. You have all the right to vary on this and give a cold face :) )
1. Set the goals that you will like to achieve in actual and do not set your goals after seeing what people are doing.
2. One can see the path of people to achieve similar goals. (As startegy is nothing but postmortem of success)
3. But then choosse the best fit Goal/path for yourself because everyone as an individual is different .
4. Give your best to achieve it.I was trying to list down my 4 professional achievments and failures but when i started comparing it there was none which i could list. The failures in comparison to people who achieved none become achievements and achievements in comparison to high achievers become none.
